We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team in Dumdum, Kolkata. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers to start their career in sales. As a Telesales Executive, you will reach out to potential clients, provide them with product information, and convert them into long-term clients. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Cold Calling**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Identify client needs and qualify leads for follow-up.
- Build a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.
- **Product Knowledge & Presentation**:

- Present the company’s products and services clearly and effectively.
- Address client inquiries, highlighting key product benefits.
- Tailor sales pitches to meet individual client needs.
- **Sales Targets & KPIs**:

- Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals.
- Track calls, leads, and conversions, providing updates to the sales manager.
- Focus on optimizing sales results through effective follow-ups.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Develop and nurture strong client relationships.
- Deliver exceptional client service by answering queries and resolving concerns.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports to management.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork**:

- Work closely with the sales team to meet company objectives.
- Share insights and collaborate to improve overall sales strategies.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Fresher or 0-1 years of experience in telesales or client-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and client service.
- Ability to engage clients effectively and deliver persuasive sales pitches.
- Goal-oriented with a strong motivation to meet targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

**Preferred**:

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time role based at Dumdum, Kolkata.
- Working hours: 12PM - 8 PM (6 days a week, one day off).
