Site Supervisor

We are expanding our team and seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee our construction sites and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

As a Site Supervisor at Trimahi, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations on construction sites, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring that all work is completed according to specifications and safety standards. You will play a key role in the successful execution of our projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage construction sites, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Address any issues or challenges that arise on-site and implement solutions promptly.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure that all work meets the required specifications and standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all site activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different project sites as needed.

**Education**:

- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
