Key Responsibilities:
- **Leadership and Management**:
- Lead and mentor nursing staff, promoting professional development and team cohesion.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support staff training initiatives.
- **Quality Assurance**:
- Monitor and evaluate nursing practices to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives and participate in audit processes.
- **Patient Care**:
- Oversee the development and implementation of individualized patient care plans.
- Address and resolve patient concerns and complaints promptly.
- **Staff Coordination**:
- Manage staffing levels and schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Facilitate effective communication within the nursing team and with other departments.
- **Policy Development**:
- Contribute to the development and review of nursing policies and procedures.
- Ensure all nursing activities comply with hospital protocols and standards.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with medical staff, allied health professionals, and management to promote integrated care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
- **Training and Education**:
- Organize and provide training sessions for nursing staff on best practices and new protocols.
- Promote continuous professional education and skill development.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

**Education**:
- Master's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Nursing: 8 years (preferred)

License/Certification:
- Nursing License (required)
