- A Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience working with and coaching Scrum teams
- A minimum of 5-8 years’ of applicable business experience in Information Technology and risk industry (credit or financial services background preferred)
- Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies and Agile at Enterprise scale
- Strong facilitation and collaboration skills
- Technical proficiency and skill level to learn solution configurations
- Excellent listening and communication skills

**We'd Love to See**:

- Certification(s) in Agile methodologies (such as PMI-ACP, CSM, SA, SASM or equivalent) preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation
- Experience utilizing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Strong understanding of and demonstrated experience in using Rally and Confluence

In this role, you will serve as a Scrum Master with a team of offshore resources to deliver Consumer Operations initiatives. We are seeking a technically savvy individual with the strong collaborative skills required to manage initiatives of varying scope and work with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- You will be a primary contact for internal stakeholders and will be accountable for ensuring there is delivery alignment
- Communicate and maintain delivery timelines and managing expectations of all stakeholders
- Understand and embody the general principles of Agile with an emphasis on the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Uphold the principles of Scrum, be a servant leader with experience mentoring and coaching teams on Agile methodology and Scrum values and process
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, participate in Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies including PI (Program Increment) Planning, PI progress review and empower the teams commitment to PI and sprint objectives
- Initiate/Participate in cross organization dependencies for/from other Scrum teams (Scrum-of-Scrum)
- Track and monitor milestones, facilitate mitigation of risks and issues, ensuring transparency and visibility to the organization
- Collaborate with the team and other members of the ART to identify and resolve problems, remove impediments/barriers for the team; escalating to the RTE as needed
- Ensure that release deliverables are submitted and that quality standards defined by the team are consistently met (per acceptance criteria and definition of done)
- Support team delivery and perform daily maintenance of Rally, ensuring Team Planning and Sprint Status is current
