**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for a passionate and confident **Junior Teacher** who loves the stock market and wants to grow into a professional educator.
You will be **trained and guided by senior mentors** on how to teach effectively, handle batches, and connect with students. After the training period, you’ll gradually start taking your own classes independently and play a key role in shaping Harvvest learners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Undergo training to learn Harvvest’s teaching style, structure, and classroom methods.
- Assist in live and theory sessions during your initial learning phase.
- Gradually start handling classes on trading, investing, and financial market concepts.
- Deliver sessions with clarity, confidence, and practical market examples.
- Handle student queries and doubts and provide one-on-one support when required.
- Maintain student discipline, engagement, and motivation.
- Prepare notes, visuals, and lesson plans for effective learning.
- Stay updated with market trends, data, and daily developments.
- Work with the academic team to improve content and student experience.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (commerce, finance, economics, or related field preferred).
- Basic understanding of the stock market (trading/investing knowledge preferred).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in speaking to groups or explaining concepts.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow through training.
- Passionate about teaching and helping others succeed.
- Prior teaching experience is a plus but **not mandatory.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
