We are looking for motivated individuals for the position of Sales Representative for one of our huge Internet Search Engine clients in Chennai. The role is open to both freshers and those experienced in Field sales.

**JOB TITLE**: Business Development Executive

**JOB ROLE**:

- Prospecting: Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals to generate new leads.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide suitable solutions to meet their requirements.
- Sales Closures: Close deals and achieve sales targets by effectively handling objections, negotiating prices, and finalizing contracts.
- Territory Management: Plan and prioritize sales activities in assigned territories to maximize sales opportunities and ensure efficient coverage.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM systems or other tools.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experience and drive customer retention.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry developments through training programs and self-development initiatives.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Any degree or diploma
- Should own a two wheeler and driving license

**SHIFT TIMINGS**:

- General shifts
- 6 working days a week with Sunday's off

**Salary**: ₹276,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
