**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver clear, engaging, and syllabus-aligned **theory classes** for 1st and 2nd PUC Computer Science students.
- Conduct **practical lab sessions**, ensuring students gain hands-on experience with programming languages (C, C++, Java, or as per State Board syllabus).
- Plan and complete the syllabus within the academic timeline, including revisions and test preparations.
- Prepare and evaluate assignments, internal assessments, and **practical records**.
- Maintain discipline and a positive, encouraging environment in both classrooms and computer labs.
- Assist with academic coordination, attend staff meetings if required, and keep student progress records updated.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**: BCA / MCA / B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science / IT or related field. B.Ed. is an added advantage.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of teaching Computer Science at the PUC level (State Board syllabus).
- **Subject Skills**: Strong foundation in programming languages (C/C++/Java), data structures, and theory topics like networking, DBMS, etc.
- **Lab Skills**: Proficiency in handling lab equipment and practical sessions effectively.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Kannada is an added advantage).
- **Other Skills**: Classroom management, student engagement, syllabus planning, and assessment handling.
