**Job Description**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- He have to ensure all IT related equipment in branches are in proper functioning condition. He have to ensure proper utilization of resources and any wastage to be curbed and reported.
- Conducting regular visit to all branches as per the schedule shared by the reporting officer Conducting regular CBS/CRM training in branches and solving any issues related to it.Timely monitoring & rectification of issues logged through TMS.
- Timely rectification of issues related to LAN network at branches and offices. Coordinate with local contractors and vendors for rectification of IT issues. Provide IT infrastructure to all new & Existing branch offices in the region. Support branch to complete BRS on time & testing new version of CBS release.
- Ensuring smooth implementation of new versions of CBS /CRM in branches. Continuous monitoring & Implementation of Connectivity(MPLS/BBVPN/Broadband etc.)
- Stock management of all hardware in branches and data-card provided Technical support for resolving CCTV issues Structured cabling of new and Existing branches of both MFIN & MHIL Branches DLP & Antivirus installation and SupportVenue for Interview
