**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Multimedia Production & Editing**:

- Produce, shoot, and edit video and audio content for a variety of purposes, including marketing, internal communication, and social media.
- Create and edit graphic designs, animations, and visual elements for digital platforms, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Manage the technical aspects of production, such as lighting, sound, camera operation, and equipment setup.
- Develop and create interactive content such as animations, infographics, or digital media presentations.

**2. Creative Concept Development**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop ideas for multimedia content that aligns with the company’s brand, marketing objectives, and audience needs.
- Participate in storyboarding, scriptwriting, and planning creative projects for both internal and external audiences.
- Keep up-to-date with trends in multimedia production, emerging technologies, and new media formats.

**3. Content Distribution**:

- Ensure multimedia content is optimized and ready for distribution across various platforms (e.g., website, social media, mobile apps, TV, etc.).
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content is aligned with strategic campaigns and meets branding standards.
- Assist with scheduling and publishing content on digital platforms, ensuring timely delivery.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in multimedia production, including video editing, sound production, and graphic design. Experience with multimedia production in a corporate, media, or digital environment is preferred.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, Film Production or a related field.
- **Creative Skills**: Strong creative vision and ability to produce content that is engaging, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality content within tight deadlines.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
