**Responsibilities**:

- Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.
- Communicating with clients to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
- Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback
- Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
- Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.
- Share reports and presenting findings to Managers on a regular basis.
- In short, Service Engineers take care repairing faults, servicing equipment, creating preventative maintenance strategies (CCTV,FIRE ALARM,ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM etc.)

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
