**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with the solution and delivery team to gather business and system requirements and develop solutions to deliver value based on client priorities
- Responsible for managing requirements throughout the solution development lifecycle
- Document Business Requirements with effective process flows and use cases (BRD).
- Catalog business drivers, success metrics and ROI calculations and ensure the designed solution provides proper reporting and analytics to measure adoption and performance.
- Acting as the Product Owner in Agile Scrum team and writing user stories on behalf of our customers
- Develop business process workflows to outline critical processes
- Create to-be screen mock-ups for custom solutions
- Configure solution to meet design requirements and assist in the development of design documentation
- Create test cases and test scripts in accordance with the test plan
- Work with end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to accurately prioritize defects and re-test resolved issues
- Assist in the creation of training materials and delivery of end user training
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategic industry solution offerings based on the Salesforce platform.
