Slot Attendant

**Job Overview**

Slot Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to slot machine players while ensuring that all gaming regulations are followed. Duties include replenishing machines with coins, tokens, and vouchers; explaining game rules; monitoring slot machines to ensure that they are working correctly; and answering customer inquiries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and answer any queries they may have
- Assist customers with slot machine operations
- Exchange cash for tokens and tokens for cash
- Ensure that slot machines are operating correctly
- Resolve customer complaints
- Conduct regular checks of machines to ensure they are in working order

**Job Requirements**
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Training will be provided for fresher
