ARULA for Autism, a pioneering e-learning and counseling platform dedicated to supporting parents of autistic children, is looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Executive. This role is crucial in helping us expand our reach and impact by connecting with families and offering them our transformative services. You will engage with parents to understand their needs, provide tailored information about ARULA’s offerings, and drive lead conversion, thereby contributing to our growth and mission of making a positive difference in families’ lives.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- **E-Counselling : Effectively understand the developmental concerns of the children and assist the parents with crude understanding of Autism Therapy, Rehabilitation and ARULA for Autism's revolutionary developmental approach.**:

- **Parent Engagemen**t: Engage empathetically with parents, understand their challenges, and offer insights on how ARULA can support their child’s development.
- **Revenue Generation**: Actively work toward achieving sales targets to support ARULA’s revenue goals.
- **Parent Relationship Management**: Build and maintain relationships with parents, providing ongoing support and guidance as needed.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop and execute campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- **PROFILE REQUIREMENTS**:_

1. Bachelor's degree from any field is a MUST.

2. Great Fluency in English and Hindi.

3. Ability to build Rapport and Lasting Relationships with Parents.

5. Ability to understand psychology-embedded concepts and ARULA Doctrine to effectively convert parents into ARULA SuperParents for their child's most optimum development and growth.
