**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and create high-quality reels and short-form videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Utilize various templates to produce engaging memes and trending content.
- Collaborate with the content creation team to develop concepts and storyboards for reels.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
- Incorporate feedback from team members and make necessary adjustments to videos.
- Stay updated on the latest video editing trends, techniques, and tools.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Organize and maintain video assets and project files.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a video editor, specifically with reels and short-form content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is a must.
- Strong understanding of current trends in social media and meme culture.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Portfolio showcasing previous work with reels and short-form content is required.
