We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facebook Ads Expert with a strong background in ecommerce conversion ads to join our team. As our Facebook Ads Expert, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns to increase conversions and revenue for our ecommerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute Facebook advertising campaigns to meet business objectives, including increasing website traffic, lead generation, and sales.
- Utilize Facebook Ads Manager and other relevant tools to create and manage campaigns, ad sets, and ads.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify target audiences, select relevant keywords, and create ad copy that resonates with potential customers.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and adjust strategy and tactics to optimize for conversions, ROAS, and other key metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for Facebook advertising and ecommerce conversion optimization.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience managing Facebook advertising campaigns, with a proven track record of driving conversions and revenue for ecommerce businesses.
- Deep understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, including experience with audience targeting, ad creation, and campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of ecommerce conversion optimization best practices, including landing page design, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Facebook advertising and ecommerce conversion optimization.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
