**We are seeking a Sales & Marketing (Outdoor Sales) to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads, managing existing accounts, and driving sales of our products in the assigned territory.**

**Responsibilities**:
**Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis thru daily field salesConducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needsDevelop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholdersActively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social mediaIdentify new business opportunities and actively pursue themSetting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concernsProvide accurate and timely reports on sales activity, customer feedback, and market trendsMaintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues as neededStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices**

**Requirements**:
**Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldUnderstanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skillsStrong negotiation and persuasion skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsThe ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.Ability to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's license and reliable transportationThe ability to work under pressure**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
