**Job Duties**

1. Purchase bill entry from vendors’ invoice to CATPRO.Contractor billLogistic billLegal & professional chargesCash bill entryFreight forwardingAftersales team expense billMake invoice commission charges & pay.

2 Make cash voucher & receipt in CATPRO.

3 All bills filing.(bills mention in 1st point.)

4 check rate /quality from supplier bills with PO.

5 Make advance payment to employee and vendor.

6 Inspection report must be attached with purchase bill and signed from MD.

7. Payable list of accounts checking and reconciliation on 20th of every month.

8 Salary NEFT to employees /workers accounts.

9 Deposit ESI/PF payment to concern department 15th of every month.

10 Payment to all suppliers.

Requirement: CATPRO software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
