**Senior Operations Support Engineer/Analyst**

Senior Operations Support Engineer/Analyst - must have excellent comm skills, to be able to work in a very demanding development team and high visibility project must be able to hold their own, be confident in their skills and abilities. Must have experience with Enterprise IaaS / PaaS and all other services provided by Azure

**Required Skills**:

- Certified Azure Solutions Architect or Sys Ops Administrator.
- 10+ years IT industry experience including Full stack and Restack skills with bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science / information technology
- Hands-on experience deploying Kubernetes clusters from scratch
- Built multiple Sandbox, Development, Non-Prod, and Production grade clusters
- Experience deploying 3+ Microservices with cloud-native ingress controllers on Kubernetes
- Writing Helm charts (good to have)
- Solid understanding of basic objects:

- basic objects: Pods, Service, Volumes, Namespace, etc., which are independent and don’t require other objects
- Solid understanding and writing YAML files for high-level objects (controllers) for at least 3 of the below:

- Deployments, Replication Controllers, Replica Sets, Stateful Sets, Jobs, etc., scripting experience, analytical & statistical skills, automation techniques, orchestration and understanding of API architectures.
- Experience with scripting languages - Terraform, Tera grunt, cloud formation templates, Ansible, puppet, Linux shell, Bash, PowerShell, Python.
- Experience with creating software, sustaining code, creating builds, build deployment, CICD automation pipelines.
- EKS, AKS with Dockers, containers, K8S, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, Twist lock implementations
- Write pipelines on a well-known CI/CD tool such as GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps
- Understanding of PRs and GIT repos
- Deploying fully automated Kubernetes Environment + Services (Good to have).
- Understanding of AZURE functions, understanding of Microsoft technologies/software
- At least 5+ years’ experience in Seamless/automated build scripts for release management across all immutable environments with Terraform, Puppet, Chef, Tera grunt, Ansible, cloud formation templates along with PowerShell, Python, Bash, Ruby, Perl, etc. ,
- At least 5+ years of setting up Kubernetes multiple clusters and Worked Nodes. EKS And AKS using Prometheus, Grafana, Twist lock, Helm, Nginx in up Containers in a Cloud environment, which includes being knowledgeable in Docker and other containerization tools,
- Experience with Terraform, Tera grunt, Cloud formation templates, Ansible, GIT, PowerShell, Bash, Shell, python scripting, Experience with Linux and Windows operating system and scripting, Experience with azure Visual Studio Team Services
- Experience w/ Dockers, Hub, Docker Registry, (be able to create in real-time dashboards in production environments in Azure.
- Experience creating Kubernetes clusters, deploying Azure container services in both (EKS) And Azure (AKS) along with Dockers, K8S, Helm.
- Experience with Virtual machines, Virtual Networks, auto scaling, storage, Key vault, Network Security Group, Load Balancer, Traffic Manager, Route Tables, Storage accounts, Recovery Services Vaults, Key Vault, Azure Backup, Azure DevOps Pipelines design and configurations both Yaml and gui based.
- Experience w Azure infrastructure mgmt. (Web Roles, Storage, Office365,), PowerShell and Portal.
- Virtual machines, Virtual Networks, autoscaling, storage, Key vault, Network Security Group, Load Balancer, Traffic Manager, Route Tables, S3,, EFS, FSX, Netapp NAS, Storage accounts, Recovery Services Vaults, Key Vault, Azure Backup, lambda, server less architecture components.
- Azure DevOps Pipelines design and configuration both Yaml and gui based
- Azure Monitoring, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Alerts, Metrics, Azure Management/Governance Policy, Azure Automation
- Azure Active Directory deployment, Azure AD Domain Services, Active Directory (on-premises and Azure IaaS)
- At least 5+ years of Linux system administration, including a comfort level with Red Hat Linux and/or CentOS.
- At least 5+ years of experience with GIT/SVN, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, JIRA, code commit, Selenium)
- At least 3+ years of scripting or programming experience with Python and Bash including the cloud formation templates for automation.
- At least 3+ year of experience with automating infrastructure in Azure with Terraform and Cloud Formation
- At least 2+ years of experience with the Cloudflare or any other global load balance tool configurations.
- Mandatory 24 x7 support role which is going to be on rotational shift along with the other team members.
