**Overview**:
We are looking for a Content Writer to join our team and enrich the TJC website with product descriptions, articles, blog posts and marketing copy.

A Content Writer’s responsibilities include conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types to increase customer engagement while following the editorial guidelines and proofreading content before publication. Interacting with other stakeholders and other team members to strategies new content ideas and ensuring their implementation.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Generate ideas
- Generate content planning, strategy and scheduling as needed
- Conduct interviews and research
- Create content that increases customer engagement
- Create original content as needed on the deadline
- Adhere to the brand’s style guide and content requirements
- Create content that leads to increased sales or online traffic
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company and its products
- Understand the needs of the company’s primary audience

**Core Skills**
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Experience doing research using multiple sources
- Familiarity with web publications
- Ability to work independently and take initiatives
- Use of MS-word software

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of work experience as a Content Writer or Copywriter.
- Experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, Weebly, Joomla, etc).
- Outstanding writing and editing skills in English for a B2B and B2C audience.
- Ability to handle tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- A keen eye for details.
- Understanding of SEO is a plus

**Salary**: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
