Job Title: Junior Architect

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior architects, project managers, and clients to develop building designs and plans.
- Create detailed drawings, renderings, and models of building projects using CAD and other software.
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure designs comply with all requirements.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate the feasibility of design plans and make recommendations as necessary.
- Prepare project proposals, presentations, and reports for clients.
- Manage project timelines and budgets under the guidance of a senior architect.
- Attend meetings and communicate with project stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Professionalism and positive attitude.
