**Job Title**: Tele caller Executive

**Job Location**: ipshopy, Dnyanpeeth Campus, T-18, Software Technology Park of India (STPI), Opposite Garware Stadium, Naregaon Road, Cidco, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra - 431006

**Salary**:₹ 8,000 - ₹ 20,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter seller details such as business information, product categories, pricing and other necessary data into the system.
- Assist sellers with any queries or issues they may have during the registration process and provide clear instructions to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a database of prospects.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Maintain daily call logs and report outcomes to the team leader/manager.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in using MS Excel, Google Sheets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex processes clearly.
- Minimum 6 months to 3 year of experience in tele calling or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English or Hindi.
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM software.
- Strong listening and persuasion skills.
