Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Research**: Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics, staying up-to-date with current trends and best practices to ensure content relevance and accuracy.
- **SEO Optimization**: Implement SEO best practices in all content to increase organic search visibility and drive traffic to our website.
- **Editing and Proofreading**: Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, spelling, and style consistency, ensuring all outputs meet the company's standards.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, design, and other departments to align content with the overall brand strategy and marketing campaigns.
- **Content Strategy**: Assist in the development and execution of content strategies that align with business objectives and audience needs.
- **Audience Engagement**: Create content that engages and grows our audience, fostering a sense of community and brand loyalty.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Use analytics tools to track and report on content performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of professional writing experience, preferably in a digital marketing or content creation role.
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with social media management and content creation.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Knowledge of HTML and basic web design principles.
- Experience in video scripting and production.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
