Warden

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmednagar for a Warden at Raisoni Group of Institutions. The Warden will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of student accommodations, ensuring the safety and well-being of students, and maintaining discipline within the student community.

**Qualifications**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle conflicts and resolve issues effectively
- Previous experience in student accommodations or a related role
- Knowledge of safety and security protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Patience and empathy towards students
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Certification in student affairs or counseling is a plus
