**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct mock interviews, resume sessions, and career workshops.
- Build & maintain relationships with recruiters and companies.
- Organize placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
- Track and report placement activities.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field.
- Strong communication, networking, and counselling skills.
- Proven track record in placements/career counselling.
