**Job Descriptio**n**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure test coverage and resolve issues.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, triggers, and custom objects.
- Document and report bugs, issues, and test results using tools like JIRA or similar.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and best practices.

**Required Skills**:

- 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce testing.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning and LWC (Lightning Web Components).
- Proficiency in creating and managing test cases using tools like Selenium, Provar, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and data validation.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data loader and testing APIs.
- Good understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Salesforce Administrator Certification or similar.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks for Salesforce.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for testing Salesforce environments.
- Familiarity with testing cloud-based CRM solutions and Salesforce integrations.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
