**Job Description: Social Media Manager (Real Estate)**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic real estate team. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms, with a focus on generating engaging content for reels, managing client interactions, scheduling client meetings, and curating viral-worthy ideas for content. Additionally, you will oversee all our social media profiles, including LinkedIn and YouTube, and play a crucial role in preparing our brand profile.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation and Curation**:

- Develop compelling content ideas for reels and other social media posts that showcase our properties, services, and expertise.
- Create high-quality, visually appealing content including images, videos, and graphics.
- Curate viral-worthy content ideas to increase engagement and reach on social media platforms.
- Curating podcast ideas for a real estate company
- **Client Management**:

- Handle client inquiries and interactions on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients to discuss their real estate needs and provide assistance as required.
- **Social Media Strategy**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize our social media presence.
- **Profile Management**:

- Manage and maintain all social media profiles, including but not limited to LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Regularly update profiles with relevant content, including property listings, company updates, and industry news.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor social media analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and reach.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance, including key metrics and insights, to share with the management team.
- **Brand Profile Preparation**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain our brand profile, ensuring consistency across all social media platforms.
- Create compelling brand stories and narratives to enhance brand positioning and reputation.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms.
- Strong creative and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
