We're on the lookout for a dynamic and persuasive **Telecalling Sales Executive** who’s passionate about digital marketing and thrives on closing deals over the phone.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or sourced lists.
- Present and sell digital marketing services like SEO, social media marketing, PPC, website development, etc.
- Understand client needs and suggest appropriate services to drive results.
- Follow up with leads regularly to close sales and maintain client relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or similar roles (preferably in digital services).
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English and [local language].
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services and their benefits.
- Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and close deals consistently.
- Self-driven and results-oriented attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
