**Roles & Responsibility**
- Control access to director, act as a first point of contact
- Dealing with routine correspondence of attend call, drafting letter & mail
- Maintain daily diary, appointment schedule and Calendar of event, holiday, vacation
- Organize meeting, event, conferences
- Look overall Travel arrangement of ticketing, accommodation, dining
- Remind of important task, deadline & personal commitment
- Preparing meeting papers, manage end to end documentation & follow-up
- Managing day to day operation & maintaining administrative system procedures
- Conduct Research to preparing report & presentation
- Manage database & & filing system

**Skills require**
- Excellent documentation & Good communication skill
- Good command on English speaking
- Competency in Ms. Office, Word, Advance Excel, Outlook & PPT
- Experience to creating detailed project report (DPR) & presentation
- Excellent in planning, organizing & time management skills

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
