General Description

Role involves overseeing and optimizing the production processes related to extracting valuable compounds from plants at own and third-party locations. Primary responsibilities include ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery within the production processes. Hands on experience in lab analysis (testing of in process and FG actives and other parameters using HPLC, GV or UV etc.) will be added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Process Monitoring: Monitoring and improving the manufacturing processes involved in botanical extraction. This includes ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.

2. Technical Support: Provide technical support during new product development. Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth integration of new botanical extract products into the existing manufacturing workflow.

4. Supplier Relations: Collaborate with suppliers to source raw materials for botanical extraction.

5. Communication and Collaboration: Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.

6. Quality Control: Ensure that the botanical extracts meet quality standards set by regulatory bodies. Familiarity with US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), European Union (EU), and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) regulations is essential.

7. Instrument Handling: Experience in handling instruments like High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) is valuable, especially in a wet lab environment.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
