Conduct daily yoga sessions for employees and guests, both in-person and online, catering to various levels of experience and ability.
- Design and implement personalized yoga programs based on individual needs and wellness goals.
- Support marketing efforts by creating engaging content related to yoga, wellness, and holistic living for digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the wellness team to develop and refine program modules that integrate yoga and mindfulness practices.
- Offer guidance on mindfulness, meditation, and breathing techniques to enhance overall well-being.
- Maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants, ensuring safety and comfort during sessions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and practices in yoga and wellness, incorporating new techniques into sessions.
- Assist in organizing wellness retreats, workshops, and special events focused on yoga and holistic health.
- Provide regular reports on the progress and feedback of yoga sessions to the wellness team.
- Promote the benefits of yoga and holistic living through internal communications and wellness programs.

Qualifications:

- Certified Yoga Instructor with a recognized accreditation in yoga and wellness.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in teaching yoga, including experience in conducting online classes.
- In-depth knowledge of various yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and restorative practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse audience.
- Experience in content creation for digital platforms, particularly in wellness and lifestyle topics.
- Ability to develop and modulate wellness programs tailored to different audiences and needs.
- Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Experience in meditation and mindfulness practices is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings, as required.
