Craftsman Civil

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carry out civil works such as concreting, masonry, shuttering, plastering, and finishing.
- Assist in the fabrication, installation, and repair of civil/structural works at project sites.
- Read and follow basic engineering drawings, site instructions, and layouts.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, site safety rules, and company policies.
- Support engineers and supervisors in day-to-day site execution.
- Perform measurement, cutting, mixing, and leveling tasks as required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- ITI / Diploma / Trade certificate in Civil or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Civil Craftsman or site technician.
- Hands-on skills in masonry, concreting, shuttering, plastering, and related works.
- Basic knowledge of construction drawings and measurement.
- Physically fit, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
