**Position: Digital Marketing Specialist**
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with affiliate partners to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Implement and optimize affiliate marketing programs, including commission structures, promotional materials, and performance tracking.
- Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and provide insights to improve program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.

2. **Performance Marketing**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to paid search, display, and social media.
- Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and performance analysis to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.

3. **Digital Marketing**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Manage online advertising campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and budget allocation.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and effective digital content.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, and digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and use data to optimize marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with popular digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a focus on innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
