**Job Description**:
Functional Knowledge:

- Basic functional knowledge level of Clinical Data Management
- Basic knowledge and understanding of clinical data management systems or electronic data capture software

Business Expertise:

- Ensures assigned study tasks/deliverables are achieved in terms of timeliness and quality.
- Reports project and task status to project and functional management.
- Executes routine data review tasks
- May contribute to the creation of CRF completion guidelines or equivalent data collection documents
- May be responsible for Local lab data entry and local lab data review activities as required.
- Other responsibilities may be assigned as required

Problem Solving:

- Problems are varied but similar. Solves problems using defined procedures or precedence.

Impact:

- Support the achievement of goals through personal effort in own work area. Impact is focused on the immediate delivery of tasks.
- Work is assessed regularly under significant guidance and direction.

Leadership:

- Typically 0-1 years of experience. An equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience may be considered in place of the education and experience stated.

Interpersonal Skills:

- Interpret data to deliver messages. Requires ability to reach out for support as needed.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a cross-functional and culturally diverse team.
