**JOB SUMMARY**

Logistics Coordinator is responsible to handle warehousing activities such as receiving, shipping, identify inventory, Material issues to manufacturing, cycle count, supplies in the most efficient manner.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Read appropriate warehouse documentation to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed or shipped.
- Obtain freight quotations from freight forwarders, Coordinate freight logistics.
- Communicate with customers, freight forwarders and other stakeholders regarding shipment pickup intimations, AWB, tracking details and other shipment related activities
- Report shipment delays and related issues promptly to various stakeholders
- Perform work order completion transactions in ERP system for finished parts
- Generate Packing Slip in ERP System
- Record amounts of materials or items moved into warehouse systems
- Support Warehouse operations in all aspects of shipping parts out of the facility.
- Ensure inventory and shipping transactions are completed
- Perform any other work related tasks as required as assigned.
- Comply with all NOV Company, departmental and HSE procedures and policies.
- Participate in departmental meetings as required.
- Complete packing and shipment checklists
- Escalate issues and potential resolutions to Supervisor as appropriate.

**FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Submit Export Documentation in a timely manner and manage GSTR-1 Returns
- Work in coordination CHA for all import license clearances
- Perform MEIS License Claims by timely submission of export documentation to DGFT
- Follow up with CHA for DBK transactions and ensure timely completion of same
- Timely submission of relevant export documentation to DGFT for EPCG License
- Perform WIP Issue, Identify material and quantity as per WO BOM
- Weigh parts and determine optimized box sizes
- Arrange wooden boxes and packaging material as per mode of transportation and shipment plan
- Maintain identification and traceability throughout the process
- Participate in internal, statutory inventory audits whenever required.
- Assist with engraving and packaging whenever required.
- Operate lifting devices, such as forklifts and cranes to load, unload, transport and stack material whenever required.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS**
- Diploma/ **Graduate with **minimum 3-5 years’ experience with Warehouse & Logistics.
- Certification in Import/Export Compliance and logistics is preferred.
- Strong communication in English (Both Verbal and Written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP system preferred.
- Heavy forklift experience preferred

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Must be familiar with engraving and shipping formalities
- Knowledge of export packing & material handling required
