**Chat Support Executives** for the (non-voice, night shift). This is an excellent opportunity for graduates with strong written English communication skills and a willingness to work in a dynamic process.

**Key Details**:

- **Process**: Chat (Non-Voice)
- **Shift Timing**: 8:30 PM - 1:30 AM
- _Transport for female employees available from 12:00 AM - 5:00 AM_

**Eligibility**:

- Graduates only (2015-2025 pass-outs)
- Strong written English communication (V4/V5 level) required
- Prior BPO experience is an advantage but not mandatory

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **CTC**: ₹20,000 per month
- **Night Allowance**: ₹4,000 per month
- **ESI Deduction**: ₹350
