**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive **English lessons** in alignment with the **CBSE curriculum**.
- Develop students’ **reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills** effectively.
- Encourage **critical thinking, creativity, and comprehension** through literature, poetry, and prose.
- Design and assess assignments, tests, and projects to evaluate students’ progress.
- Provide **individualized attention** to students to help them improve their language proficiency.
- Foster a **positive and inclusive** classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Integrate **technology** and innovative teaching methodologies to enhance learning.
- Conduct **co-curricular activities** such as debates, creative writing, and drama.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff for curriculum planning and school events.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and areas of improvement.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in English / Education (B.Ed. is mandatory).
- **Minimum 2 years of teaching experience** in a CBSE-affiliated school (preferred).
- Strong command of **English language and grammar**.
- Excellent **classroom management** and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students with **interactive teaching methods**.
- Familiarity with **NEP 2020 guidelines** and CBSE assessment patterns is a plus.
