**Patient Care**:

- Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Provide direct nursing care, including bathing, wound care, and personal hygiene.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions.
- Assist with procedures and examinations.
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and families.
- Educate patients and families on their conditions and treatment plans.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Document assessments, care plans, and patient progress.
- **Teamwork**:

- Collaborate with doctors, other nurses, and healthcare staff.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other team members.
- **Other Duties**:

- Prepare equipment and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Assist with admission, discharge, and transfer of patients.
- Follow established protocols and policies.
- Contribute to the overall functioning of the healthcare facility.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
