**Job Description of Application Security Team Lead Roles and responsibilities**:

- Support the Leadership in defining and implementing group-wide information and cyber security strategy, roadmap, policy formulation and establishment of procedures from Application security perspective.
- Ensure continuous alignment of information security strategy with the overall business strategy and digital/IT strategy of the organization.
- Conduct risk assessments of various business initiatives, new products and technology platforms from Application security perspective and provide guidance on risk mitigation strategies
- Security architecture, engineering, assessments of encryption & cryptography, technical assessments of emerging technology platforms, definition of security standards/baselines
- Responsibility for engagement with internal and external auditors for audit requirements
- Information security resource planning and management, management of security budget for Application Security domain
- Manage the enterprise's information security organization, consisting of direct reports and indirect reports. This includes hiring, training, staff development, performance management and annual performance reviews. Job specific skills and knowledge
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT and information security functions
- Technically sound with hands-on experience in core IT Security Functions in the Application domain.
- Senior Team Lead role in information security function for at least 3 years in a large organization
- Deep technical competency in areas such as WEB Application, mobile, API, Source Code security testing.
- Involvement in Application Development activities
- Conversant with DevSecOps concept and working
- Experience in implementation of security technologies, processes and operational KPIs in Application Security domain
- Experienced in engaging with regulators & compliance requirements
- Aware and updated about Application security testing trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
