Key Responsibilities:

- Learning and Development:Participate in structured training programs to understand the fundamentals of AI, machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and related technologies.
- AI Integration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where AI can enhance digital products, services, and processes.
- Data Analysis:Learn to analyze and preprocess data for AI model development, ensuring data quality and relevance.

Contribute to data collection, labeling, and annotation processes to support AI training.
- Model Development:Gain experience in developing, training, and fine-tuning AI models using various frameworks and libraries.

Assist in experimenting with different AI algorithms and techniques to improve model performance.

Participate in testing and validation of AI models to ensure they meet performance benchmarks and requirements.
- Documentation:Maintain clear and organized documentation of your work, including data preprocessing steps, model architecture, training procedures, and outcomes.
- Collaboration:Collaborate with developers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to contribute AI-driven solutions to digital projects.

Communicate effectively within the team, sharing insights, challenges, and progress updates.
- Continuous Improvement:Actively seek feedback and guidance from mentors and team members to enhance your AI and digital skills.

Identify areas for improvement and propose ideas for optimizing AI processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
- Programming skills in languages such as Python; familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Passion for learning and staying updated with technological advancements.
