Job Description:
We are looking for an Domestic IT-Recruiter. who has experience in the End-To-End Recruitment Life Cycle doing job posting on different job portals and social media sites to attract the right talent, screening, and conducting interviews, selecting, and onboarding

Required Experience: 2-3yrs.

Required Qualification: MBA-HR/ Any Post Graduate/Any Graduate.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
- Collaborating with team members to understand positions and recruiting needs
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate
- Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques and best practices in HR
