**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to maintain cleanliness, sanitation at the assigned work area.
- Responsible for preparing and cooking all food items by the recipe and to specification.
- Arrange ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
- Prepare all menu items directed by Demi Chef de Partie.

**Experience and Skills required.**
- Culinary experience over 2-5 year
- Experience in a Commis II, preferably in Hospitality / fine dining/ Cafe
- Experience in Continental Cuisine
- Culinary Certificate preferred

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
