Ent Surgeon

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct comprehensive examinations of patients presenting with ear, nose, and throat issues.
2. Diagnose and treat a wide range of ENT disorders, including but not limited to, sinusitis, hearing loss, tonsillitis, and vocal cord disorders.
3. Perform surgical procedures such as endoscopic sinus surgery, tonsillectomy, cochlear implantation, and other ENT surgeries as required.
4. Interpret diagnostic tests, including audiograms, CT scans, and MRIs, to formulate accurate diagnoses.
5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including radiologists, anesthesiologists, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
6. Stay abreast of advancements in ENT medicine and surgery and incorporate new techniques and technologies into practice.
7. Provide consultations and second opinions for complex cases referred by other healthcare professionals.
**Qualifications**:
1. Postgraduate qualification (MD/MS/DNB) in Otorhinolaryngology (ENT).
2. Valid medical license to practice in India / Haryana.
3. Minimum 0-6 years of experience as an ENT Surgeon, with a proven track record of successful patient outcomes.
4. Strong surgical skills and proficiency in a wide range of ENT procedures.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
