Job Title: Legal Professional - Product & Distribution
Experience: 4 to 8 years
Education: LLB, LLM preferred
Location: Mumbai
Notice Period: Up to 60 days
Key Responsibilities:
Legal Expertise:
- Utilize legal knowledge to provide counsel on product and distribution matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on US laws, with a focus on federal and state regulations.
Global Exposure:
- Bring an international legal perspective to the role, demonstrating an understanding of legal principles beyond a specific jurisdiction.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with US stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Legal Writing and Editing:
- Draft, review, and edit legal documents ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Prepare contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation related to product and distribution.
Deadline-Driven Projects:
- Manage and prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines on time-sensitive legal projects.
50 State Surveys:
- Conduct comprehensive legal research across all 50 states in the US, ensuring thorough understanding of regional legal nuances.
Qualifications:
- LLB degree; LLM preferred.
- 4 to 8 years of relevant legal experience, with a focus on product and distribution matters.
- Strong legal writing and editing skills.
- Experience working with US stakeholders.
- Global exposure and understanding of international legal frameworks.
- Familiarity with 50 state surveys.
- Ability to work on deadline-based projects.

Mumbai
Notice Period:
Up to 60 days
**Salary**: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
