**Internal Auditor responsibilities**:

- Execute internal audit work effectively to assure proper controls exist and are functioning and risk is appropriately mitigated
- Understand the current state of processes and procedures adopted by the company and its subsidiaries
- Timely execution of audit plan in accordance with the nature and audit procedures
- Develop and execute process documentations, process flow chart, audit plans and other internal control documents
- Develop detailed operational audit report and share the findings with senior management along with recommendations.
- Conduct routine store audits for all outlets under the company
- Research and stay up-to-date with best business practices
- Ensure timely resolution of points mentioned in audit reports through regular follow ups.

**Internal Auditor Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of job-related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or any related field with part qualification in CA or CMA.
- Experience in identifying process gaps, risk exposures and delivering operation solutions
- Experience in process flow designing
- Well-developed analytical, interpersonal, teamwork & communication (both written and verbal) skills.
- Should be comfortable in travelling within Dubai for field audit review.
- Must have a valid UAE driving license and car
- Should be a quick learner, energetic & good team player.
