**Your Role as a Customer Experience Executive**:
As the voice of Zouk, you’ll ensure every customer interaction is delightful. From resolving queries to collaborating with internal teams, your empathy and problem-solving skills will help us create unforgettable customer experiences.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure timely order dispatch.
- Coordinate with delivery partners to guarantee smooth deliveries.
- Create positive and memorable experiences for every customer interaction.
- Grow with the brand, learning new skills and contributing to various business areas.
**Who You Are**:
- A natural communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Proficient in Excel and analytical by nature.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer support.
