**INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY**

**AGRICULTURE CHARGE OFFICER- Male**
- **6 Months Remote Internship**_
- **Location: North and South Kerala**_
- **Reports To: General Manager - Projects**_

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Field Visits and Inspections

2. Conduct regular visits to various panchayats and rural areas for project implementation and monitoring.

3. Inspect the agricultural practices, collect data, and provide technical support and guidance to local farmers and communities.

4. Sales monitoring of Outlets

5. Monitor the progress of government schemes and programs at the grassroots level.

6. Report findings, issues, and recommendations to management.

**QUALIFICATIONS& EXPERIENCE**

1. Education: B.Sc. Agriculture or equivalent, VHSC Agriculture holders, Diploma in Agriculture (Any graduates who has knowledge in Agriculture).

2. Experience: 0-1yr

**SKILLS**:
1. Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, rural development, and government schemes.

2. Experience in field visits and rural monitoring.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse groups.

4. Ability to manage and monitor ongoing projects and deliver results.

5. Public speaking and stage presence for training sessions and community events.

6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

**DESIRED ATTRIBUTES**

1. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

2. Strong organizational and report-writing skills.

3. Passion for rural development and community engagement.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**

1. Field-based role with frequent travel to rural areas and panchayats.

2. Flexibility in working hours to accommodate field visits, meetings, and events.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
