- **Key Responsibilities Area**:_
- **Social Media Management**:_
- Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Monitor social media trends, respond to comments, and engage with the online community to build a strong brand presence.
- **Content Creation**:_
- Develop and curate high-quality and relevant content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and more, to engage the target audience and attract potential customers.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:_
- Assist in developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and drive conversions.
- Conduct keyword research and monitor website analytics.
- **Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising**:_
- Manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and/or social media ads.
- Optimize ad performance, budget allocation, and bidding strategies to achieve marketing objectives.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:_
- Utilize various analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports, present key findings to the team, and suggest improvements based on data insights.
- **Website Management**:_
- Collaborate with the web development team to update and maintain the company website.
- Ensure content accuracy, mobile responsiveness, and user-friendly navigation.
- **Online Partnerships and Collaborations**:_
- Identify potential partnerships, influencers, or affiliates to enhance brand exposure and reach a wider audience.
- **A/B Testing**:_
- **Stay Updated on Industry Trends**:_
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the digital marketing landscape and share insights with the team to enhance overall marketing strategies.
- **Requirements**:_
- **Bachelor's degree** in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least **1 year of experience** in digital marketing or a related role.
- _**Proficiency**:_
- Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and their respective strategies.
- _**Skills**:_ Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- _**Communication Skills**:_Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- _**Creativity**:_ Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- _**Attention to Detail**:_ Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
