**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and services as per the organization’s requirements.
- Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure best pricing and terms.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
- Coordinate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs and avoid shortages.
- Follow and enforce company procurement policies and procedures.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve any supply issues or delays.
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Assist in evaluating vendor performance based on quality, price, and delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
