He has built 2 fintech startups before, as a founding member of CapitalFloat and Incred, both pioneering businesses valued >$500Mn The Leap team has a fine balance of industry experience (edtech, fintech, study abroad) and technical skills (engineering, product, design) About the role **What You’ll Do**: **Script Writing**: Develop engaging, platform-specific scripts for YouTube videos, Instagram reels, and podcasts **Content Strategy**: Partner with the growth and content teams to shape narratives that attract and retain audiences **Adaptation & Repurposing**: Transform long-form content into short-form, cross-platform formats while preserving impact **Podcast Scripting**: Write episode outlines, interview questions, and support hosts with structured storytelling **Growth Optimization**: Leverage analytics, trends, and platform algorithms to refine scripts for maximum reach and engagement **Collaboration**: Work with editors, designers, and producers to ensure content aligns with brand voice and growth goals **.What We’re Looking For**: Proven track record of writing scripts that scaled content on YouTube/Instagram (portfolio or samples required) Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas Exposure to podcast scripting/production is highly desirable Understanding of audience growth levers—algorithms, retention strategies, and content hooks Ability to balance creative storytelling with data-driven insights Excellent collaboration skills with both creative and growth-focused teams Mutual Respect We love people who are ‘relentlessly resourceful’.
