1. Job PURPOSE:

- To Give Skin Treatments according to the Dr. Suggestion as per defined Protocols.

2. ROLE AND RESPNSIBILITIES:
(Each English point is followed by its Hindi translation)

**1.** Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, and masks.
**1.** फेशियल, डीप क्लीनिंग, एक्सफोलिएशन, एक्सट्रैक्शन और मास्क जैसे स्किन ट्रीटमेंट्स करना।

**2.** Use equipment and technologies such as steamers, LED light therapy, and microdermabrasion to improve skin appearance.
**2.** स्किन की स्थिति सुधारने के लिए स्टीमर, एलईडी लाइट थैरेपी, और माइक्रोडर्माब्रेशन जैसी मशीनों का उपयोग करना।

**3.** स्किन से जुड़ी समस्याओं जैसे मुंहासे, झुर्रियां, काले धब्बे या ड्राइनेस पर असरदार ट्रीटमेंट देना।

**4.** हर क्लाइंट की स्किन के अनुसार उपयुक्त स्किन प्रोडक्ट्स की सलाह देना और उनका इस्तेमाल करना।

**5.** Educate clients on the right products and offer products for sale.
**5.** क्लाइंट को सही प्रोडक्ट्स के फायदे समझाना और उन्हें खरीदने के लिए सुझाव देना।

**6.** Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
**6.** क्लाइंट को बेहतरीन सर्विस देना जिससे उनका अनुभव अच्छा हो और वो बार-बार आएं।

**7.** Build client relationships and follow up for satisfaction.
**7.** क्लाइंट से अच्छा रिश्ता बनाए रखना और ट्रीटमेंट के बाद फॉलो-अप लेना।

**8.** Ensure that treatment areas, tools, and machines are clean and sanitized.
**8.** ट्रीटमेंट एरिया, मशीनें और टूल्स को पूरी तरह सैनिटाइज और साफ रखना।

**9.** Follow all hygiene and safety protocols strictly.
**9.** सभी हाइजीन और सेफ्टी प्रोटोकॉल का सख्ती से पालन करना।

**10.** Keep learning about new skincare techniques and trends.
**10.** स्किन के नए ट्रीटमेंट्स, तकनीकों और ट्रेंड्स की जानकारी लगातार लेते रहना।

**11.** Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs.
**11.** ट्रेनिंग और स्किल डेवलपमेंट प्रोग्राम्स में हिस्सा लेना।

**12.** Maintain detailed client records — treatments, preferences, progress.
**12.** क्लाइंट के ट्रीटमेंट, पसंद और रिज़ल्ट्स की पूरी डिटेल में रिकॉर्ड रखना।

**13.** Keep all client data updated in clinic software.
**13.** क्लिनिक सॉफ्टवेयर में क्लाइंट की जानकारी अपडेट करना।

**Operational Grooming & Policy Points**

**14.** Makeup must be done on duty.
**14.** ड्यूटी के दौरान फेस पर मेकअप होना चाहिए।

**15.** Body hair must be waxed/shaved; upper lips and eyebrows regularly groomed.
**15.** हाथ-पैर के बाल साफ और अपरलिप/आइब्रो टाइम पर थ्रेडिंग होनी चाहिए।

**16.** Hair must be clean, and female staff should keep hair in a bun.
**16.** बाल साफ और फीमेल स्टाफ को बन बनाकर रखना चाहिए।

**17.** Nails should be trimmed, beard (if any) must be medium or trimmed.
**17.** नाखून कटे होने चाहिए और मेल स्टाफ की दाढ़ी ट्रिम होनी चाहिए।

**18.** Only ironed uniform and black shoes/socks are allowed.
**18.** प्रेस किया हुआ यूनिफॉर्म और ब्लैक शूज़-सॉक्स पहनना ज़रूरी है।

**19.** Clinic time is 10 AM to 7 PM; work beyond that is counted as overtime.

**20.** Staff working on Sundays will be paid for the day.

**21.** Avoid noisy jewelry (bangles, payal, bracelets) during work.

4. KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR JOB

**Education**

Certificate in medical assisting

**Experience**

Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a Therapist or Fresher

**Skills**

Strong verbal communication in English & Hindi, local language and capable to

communicate all level of people

be able to relate well to people

be patient, polite and assertive

manage time effectively by prioritizing the workload

be able to evaluate his or her own learning needs and seek learning
